The EasyMicrosigner M-Files application is the latest development from Revolution Software, which works closely with Microsec Microsigner to enable M-Files users to easily digitally sign their documents (PDF), reducing the amount of paper they need to print. One step closer to achieving a paperless office and reducing your company's carbon footprint.
The signature can be done using a USB key or simply by scanning a QR code with a mobile device and authenticating the user in the mobile app. So everyone can find the solution that suits them best.
M-Files + Company Gate

The M-Files Company Gateway interface is a solution that checks for unread mail on your company's company gateway portal on a scheduled basis. If so, they are downloaded according to the frequency of the schedule and stored in the location defined in M-Files.
Thanks to M-Files' flexibility and easy-to-manage workflow design, the downloaded document can be forwarded to the right colleague who will take the case forward.
